Max tries to get to the bottom of Tanya's problems, but only makes her more agitated - and she finally snaps when Lauren interrogates her about the missed hospital appointments. Meanwhile, Max's brother Derek sets about making his presence felt in Walford, but both Pat and Carol are far from pleased to see him.
