General Information
How many devices can I watch on simultaneously?
Standard plans allow for 1 device at a time. If you need multiple screens, check our Multi-Room plans.
What internet speed do I need for 4K/8K?
We recommend 25 Mbps for 4K and 50 Mbps or higher for 8K content. Use Ethernet for better stability.
Technical Troubleshooting
The channels are buffering or freezing.
Restart your router, turn off active VPNs, and ensure your ISP isn't throttling your connection.
I see "Account Expired" but I just paid.
Simply Refresh the content or Logout and Login again to sync with our server.
